Questions
How is the fare calculated?
Point-to-point fares are set by the driving distance of your route: $83 for up to 8 miles, rising in steps to $215 for up to 50 miles, and $66 plus $3.48 per mile beyond that. Trips over 80 miles are booked by phone. Hourly packages start at $290 for 2 hours. The fare is shown before you pay.
Are there extra charges for airport pickups?
Pickups at DFW and Love Field add $30 for curbside pickup, or $65 for an indoor meet and greet. The grace period starts at your flight's actual arrival.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online bookings need at least 12 hours notice. For anything sooner, call and Timothy will confirm availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge, and your deposit is refunded. Cancellations 12 to 24 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the confirmed fare. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup are treated as a no-show. A no-show is charged 100% of the confirmed reservation price.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is not collected online and is always at your discretion.
Can I bring my pet?
Domestic pets are welcome for $25 per trip. Service animals are accommodated at no additional fee. Passengers remain responsible for any unusual cleaning, damage, or repairs caused by animals.
How many passengers fit in the vehicle?
The executive SUV seats up to 6 passengers. Luggage space depends on the number of riders, so mention large bags in the trip notes.
Are wheelchair accessible vehicles available?
Yes, at no extra charge. Check the wheelchair option when you book and an accessible vehicle is arranged before your ride is confirmed. Nothing is charged until then. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
