Rider policies

Dorsett Executive Transportation has a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. Chauffeurs may not use or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance while providing service.

If you suspect your chauffeur is impaired, ask to end the trip immediately. Then report it to Dorsett Executive Transportation at (817) 559-0325 and to the City of Dallas by calling 3-1-1.

Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request at no additional charge. Check "Wheelchair accessible vehicle needed" when you book, or call. Your booking is sent as a request, an accessible vehicle is arranged for your trip, and the ride is confirmed by email once it is in place. Your card is not charged until then.

Domestic pets are welcome for $25 per trip. Service animals are accommodated at no additional fee. Passengers remain responsible for any unusual cleaning, damage, or repairs caused by animals.
